Description:
7+ years of experience as a business analyst with strong functional knowledge of eCommerce domain
Business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering and user acceptance testing
Excellent communication, interpersonal and client facing skills required
Demonstrated Understanding of Software Development Methodologies, primarily Agile
Java and PL/SQL are mandatory skills and experience in Marketing Automation is preferred
Basic understanding of Java/J2EE coding and development principles
Experience writing functional requirement specifications, writing use cases, test plans and cases
Experience creating process flow diagrams. Awareness of current web technology and tools
