Tech: Netapp Filers, NFS/CIFS/SMB protocols, EMC Data Domain, Apple Xserver RAID, Netbackup, Quantam Scalar i6000
• Design and Implementation experience is a must
• Install, maintain and configure/reconfigure Netapp products and related SAN/NAS technologies.
• Support virtualized server capabilities in a consolidated infrastructure for all Systems.
• Troubleshoot storage and virtual infrastructure incidents/problems and drive towards rapid resolution.
• Supporting Cloud infrastructure is a plus
• Supports adherence to relevant SOX, PCI, ITIL, corporate security or other applicable compliance standards.
• Maintains understanding of emerging architecture concepts and methods and associated technology trends.
• Participates in the design, specification, and implementation of business and technology projects, assuring and resolving adherence to enterprise-wide solutions.
• Assist conceptualizing and designing next generation Virtualization and Storage Platforms, inclusive Application Integration and Porting from legacy systems, Lifecycle Management and Operations.
• On-call responsibility.
