· Development experience in web technologies especially JavaScript, jQuery, Backbone.js, MVVM Pattern, JSON and XML, Require.js, Underscore.js
· Expertise on Spring framework, REST Web Services
· IBM Rational ClearCase and thorough understanding of source control management systems
· Strong software design experience
· Proficient in OOD and modeling with UML
· Experience with Agile development methodology
· Fundamental experience in systems development lifecycle methodologies, especially in the definition, requirements, and design of business applications
· IBM Rational Team Concert experiences a plus
· Experience working with offshore – onshore cross functional teams
· Experience mentoring junior team members
