· Strong in Java
· Multithreading programming experience a plus
· JUnit, automated testing and test-driven development experience a plus
· Spring IOC framework --a plus
· High performance, high throughput, low latency programming experience a plus
· Comfortable in a LINUX command-line environment
· * Professional experience developing performant, scalable, complex systems
· Real-time/near-real-time systems experience a plus
· Financial market development background a plus
· * Developer team/technical lead experience using iterative methodologies a plus
