Key Responsibilities:
- Perform application and infrastructure penetration tests
- Perform security reviews of application designs, source code covering all types of applications (web application, web services, mobile applications, thick client applications, SaaS)
- Participate in Security Assessments of networks, systems and applications
- Work on improvements for provided security services, including the continuous enhancement of existing methodology material and supporting assets
Require Skills & Tools:

Security Architect
Purpose of Role:
This experienced security architecture role entails working with various groups with their product architects and engineers, representing InfoSec to enforce compliance with the Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) as well ensuring compliance with established security controls. Work closely with Business Units to define/adopt security architecture function in order to support the Cisco WebEx strategic, business direction and priorities. The security architect will work as part of a security team to provide security guidance with goals of maturing Cisco WebEx security policy and technology frameworks, cloud infrastructure, improving overall security posture and cultivating a company-wide culture of security awareness, the key point being that Security is thought about and built into the design of the product. The role requires the Security Architect to assess security threats, identifying and tailoring requirements, and integrating security controls. The ideal security architect is a strategic thinker, motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service. This is not an Engineering position.
Key Responsibilities:
· Evaluate and identify security implications with new products and technologies for security best practices and perform security threat and architecture reviews prior to product rollout
· Assess current products, applications and architecture implementations to ensure they align with Corporate standards, industry guidelines and best practices
· Work closely with engineering to integrate both security and compliance requirements into all products and services as part of the SDL process
· Work on multiple projects and initiatives to apply security architecture requirements, develop solutions, integrate security into solution designs, assess security risks and gaps and develop security architecture remediation plan with the product architects and engineers
· Provide technical expertise in defining and maintaining the architectural frameworks, standards, guidelines, processes related to products/services, business or data architecture.
· Service as an Information Security advisor to key business unit stakeholders, building trust and relationships through collaboration efforts.
Must have working knowledge of items identified below and/or advanced level of at least 3 of the following:
Web Technologies, OpenStack, OWASP Top 10, SDL, Restful API, oAUTH, cross-site scripting, static analysis, PKI, NoSQL databases like MongoDB, AWS, Cloud Applications, SOAP, SIP, Collaboration applications, X509, Web Services, OpenID, cryptography, TLS , Distributed Systems, Secure Protocols, Network Security, Application Security, ISO 27001, mobile apps, OS and Software Hardening.
