| Exchange 2007 day-to-day management, configuration and maintenance experience | Required | 5 | Years |
| Experience with Outlook and Exchange troubleshooting in a complex network environment w/ multiple firewalls | Required | 5 | Years |
| Strong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS), and Windows Infrastructure | Required | 5 | Years |
