Two (2) Web-based Developer Consultants, to assist the BASIS Modernization Project team to re-engineer, test and implement online table maintenance, report and batch systems previously written for the IBM Mainframe in the COBOL and FOCUS Languages.
Technical – Mandatory Qualifications:

2 | Three (3) years’ experience within the last five (5) years developing software using SQL Server 2008 or above and using complex SQL Stored Procedures, such as those using multiple nested queries, union all(s), parameters, aggregate functions, case conditions, multiple tables, etc. | |
3 | Three (3) years’ experience within the last four (4) years using WebFOCUS to develop reports and Web Applications. | |
4 | Three (3) years’ experience within the last four (4) years with AJAX, IIS administration and windows server administration. | |

6 | Samples of Work done: Consultants must provide two (2) coding examples of their own that clearly demonstrate their ability to perform the necessary skills listed in numbers 1 to 3 above with their resume. Note: Failure to provide coding samples will be grounds for bid disqualification. |
