Mandatory Skills : PMP Certified, Scrum, Healthcare industry(Hippa) and SDLC.
Job Description:
· 10-15 years+ experience as a project manager leading IT projects
· Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
· Strong experience with Scrum methodology
· Experience leading Agile software projects
· Experience working in the healthcare industry- specifically on projects adhering to HIPPA guidelines
· Experience leading Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
· Experience working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle
· Experience with MS Project and MS Team Foundation Server (TFS)
· Experience working with test plans and test cases
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to develop and negotiate win/win solutions to project issues
· Experience with system requirements and their constraints/dependencies
· Ability to break down prioritized deliverables into individual iterations
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
· Ability to organize and lead project related meetings with customer, development staff, and sponsor level staff
· Proficiency with MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
· Ability to work with end users/customers to understand and develop requirements
· Experience with Program Status Reporting
· Experience with Program Quality Management
· Experience with Program Budget Management
· Experience with Program Resource/Staffing Management
· Extensive experience with Program Change Management
· Extensive experience with Program Issue Management
· Extensive experience with project development methodology and project management methodology and able to apply methodology in a practical manner
· Needs to be able to work independently and not rely on State or other team members for direction
NICE TO HAVE:
· Scrum Master strongly preferred
· Experience with State Government, Medicaid, CHIP and DHR business area
