PeopleSoft Functional HCM/Benefits Lead Consultant local to Chicago area familiar with open enrollment on v9.1. Also experience with Unions, especially job-bidding. Ability to gather requirements and document. Strong communication skills a must.
Job responsibilities include: Assistance with Bundle 16-18, including creating a test plan and documenting bundle process, and supporting end user testing; Documenting open enrollment process and creating test plan for open enrollment, evaluation and removal of Benefit Plan from program, Assess ACA functionality and document, Assess HR Global employees functionality and document employee in multiple countries (track global assignments), general production support requests and enhancements.
