| | SUMMARY: • 8+ years of experience in middleware administration of IBM WebSphere DataPower XS40, XI50, XI52 SOA appliances. Experience in IBM WebSphere MQ (5.3/6.0/7.0). • IBM Certified Solution Implementer WebSphere DataPower SOA Appliances Firmware V5.0 • Eminent in SOA, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, WS Security, XSLT style sheets, XML Schema, AAA Policy. • Strong working knowledge in designing, implementing and supporting DataPower XI50 solutions including design and development of Multi-Protocol Gateway, Web Service Proxy, XML Firewall and Web Application Firewall with experience in support, troubleshooting and tuning. • Strong knowledge in any-to-any message transformation with advanced level of understanding in XSLT. • Hands on experience in writing Shell, Perl Scripts. • Worked on DataPower using WebGUI, command line interface (CLI), XML management interfaces, such as the Service-Oriented Management API (SOMA) or Soap configuration Management and the Appliance Management Protocol (AMP). • Hands on experience in writing SOMA scripting and CLI scripting for appliance management and service management. • Experience in maintenance tasks such as applying firmware patches on DataPower appliance. • Completed VB580 Course offered by IBM for Advanced DataPower Administration. • Regularly attend technical webcasts offered by IBM. • Excellent working knowledge in Web Servers (IHS, Apache, Sun One), LDAP (Sun One) • Worked on several flavors of UNIX and in several working environments such as Sun Solaris, AIX5L, Linux and Windows and have very good understanding in Networking Concepts. • Installed and configured Tivoli Monitoring Agents like ITCAM for SOA, ITCAM Agent for WebSphere DataPower Appliance, WAS AD, UNIX, Linux and Windows OS agents, Omegamon XE (MQ) agents to collect and send data to Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server and to display the data through Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server. • Knowledge of support and administration of IBM WebSphere Application Server. • Hands on experience in securing Administrative Server using Authentication, Authorization, Single Sign on, LTPA, User registry • Took part in stress testing IBM WebSphere Application Server to examine work load balancing, memory leaks, connection pooling issues and tuning various parameters for efficient use of resources. • Worked closely with developers to define and Configure Application Servers, Virtual Hosts, Web Applications, Web Resources, Servlets, JDBC drivers, Servlet Engines and Deployment of EJBs across multiple instances of WebSphere. • Experience in problem tracing, log management, scripting to invocate appropriate problem-determination actions involving diagnostic traces, thread and heap dumps. • Coordinated with teams for resolving critical issues related to DataPower platform. • Opened PMRs with IBM to resolve various issues related to the environment. • Extensive experience in working at 24x7 Support • Excellent client relation skills and the drive to complete tasks efficaciously in dealing with customer services where technical skills are demanded, and efficacy to communicate with diverse levels of hierarchy in management and the technical coterie. • Strong analytical and structured problem solving skills.
