Position : Senior Architect (SSO/OIM/OAM)
Location : Cranston, RI (Onsite)
Job Description :
Senior Architect with 14 -17 years exp./SSO Lead for 24x7 support program
· SSO implementation/Support experience with expert skills on OIM & OAM(Primary)/OUD/OIF
· The person should be technically sound and needs to drive the onsite-offshore team in troubleshooting the issues in the production SSO platform of Citizens bank.
· This is a 24x7 support program and the person should liaise with various other vendors and parties involved while understanding the root cause and resolution of the issue.
· The person should be good in production support concepts/ticketing, etc.
