Hands & feed support in data center. Example – inspect and replace failed hardware (Dell R710, R720, R510 and R910, IBM Blade Servers )
OS Installation, Configuration & maintenance
BIOS upgrade
Security Patching
Monitoring and fixing issues related to CPU, memory, storage utilization.
Create new file systems
Support & coordinate with other team like application, DBA, Storage, Network team
Create new & update existing documents
