Urgent Job Opening for Manager Post Acute Applications @ Long Island NY

Below is a new req for Allscripts.  The work will be done in the North Shore area of Long Island NY (They have several facilities in the area).  Initially 3 months but this could easily be a multi-year project.  They have to have someone start a week from Monday. I was assured they will phone interview and hire asap.
 
Manager, Post Acute Applications
·         Manage the team that is responsible for Post Acute Care applications.
·         Maintain the daily activities of the members of the Post-Acute Care Application Team
·         Ensure team members meet both project and operational tasks.
·         Assist in the development of the project work plans.
·         Lead system testing
·         Manage system release upgrades
·         Manage and provide operational support
·         Work with Business Owners and Business Analyst to define clinical end user requirements.
·         Act as liaison with business owners regarding system configuration and functionality
·         Manage service requests for the team: makes assignments and monitor completion; monitor compliance with practices and SLA measures.
·         Manage team compliance with processes related to service, including incident, change and problem management, service communications and project status communications.
·         Manage system configuration as needed for implementation and change requests
·         Lead command center for system implementations
 
·         MUST have experience with Allscripts Care Management application
·         MUST have experience as an Application Manager, managing system configuration, testing, interface monitoring, implementation and support. 
 
Start: The week of April 27th as the individual who is leaving has a last day as May 1st.
Duration: 3 months
All onsite, Monday to Friday
Ideally should be located in the New York tri state area.
