Title: Lead Customer Care Testing Consultant
Duration 6 months contract
Location: Addison TX
 
 
10+ years of experience in leading development teams and technical personnel, working with business partners, and SDLC end-to-end experience. Previous consulting experience preferred.
10+ years of Telecom experience
 
  • Experience with Testing Software - HP ALM or equivalent, AS400, MS/ SQL Queries, MS/Word, MS/Excel.
  • Understanding of various operating systems and software applications / platforms such as Windows, UNIX, Linux with different types of applications running on MS .Net, Java, and related web application framework.
  • Expertise in analyzing requirements and writing/modifying existing test cases
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Testing Methodologies
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a larger team.
  • Ability to work under minimal direction in a fast paced environment
  • A thorough understanding of project management principles and software development lifecycle.
  • High level understanding of various Business Processes and Process flows.
  • Expertise in analyzing requirements and writing/modifying existing test cases
  • Experience with DPI/AS400, IBM Sterling, MS Dynamics and online customer experience testing highly recommended.
