Qualifications Basic
• Engineering or Master's degree required and should have excellent, consistent academic credentials.
• At least 5 years of working experience as a Business Analyst for MDM.
• At least 4 years of working experience in Retail on MDM/PIM implementations and Product Data.
• Working experience in Data Stewardship, Data governance, Match and Merge concepts.
Preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience in Retail domain and Product Informatica Management
• Analytical skills
• Experience in working with offshore teams
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Skillsets:
· Excellent knowledge of scripting using PERL, SHELL, PYTHON etc
· Experience with PUPPET and JENKINS
· Experience with logging and tools like SevOne, Spectrum, etc
· Experience with complex Production deployment and monitoring tools
· Excellent issues troubleshooting and resolution skills
· Excellent knowledge of Linux kernel
· C, C++ and Java development experience will be a plus
· SIP and IMS design knowledge will be a plus
· Good knowledge of Open Source software compile and deployment process
· Knowledge of performance testing and tools
· Good communication and articulation skills
* Deep experience in Master Data Management practices and concepts (5+ years of MDM experience).
* Experience working with business functions to define strategy, gather requirements, implement solutions and develop polices and standards.
* Experience with multiple MDM technologies (Informatica, IBM) is essential.
* Experience defining architectural framework, standards, processes in the Master Data Function (3+ years of architecture experience).
* Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical personnel.
* Ability to coordinate with external providers and vendors regarding data and technology solutions.
* Good Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
