| Job Description | 1. Participate in a variety of information security functions – Incident Response, Audit, Solution Design
2. Respond to security threats in a timely manner and assist business units and IT departments in mitigating those threats.
3. Work with various infrastructure teams and business units to ensure policy compliance and adherence to security best practices
4. Design and deploy new security solutions to further enhance the company’s security posture.
5. Utilize SIEM, DLP, and other security tools.
6. Participate in the development and documentation of new security procedures and policies |
| Total Experience | At least 10 years |
| Specific Experience | - Strong understanding of networking, TCP/IP, packet analysis
- Hands on experience utilizing snort, nmap tcpdump, wireshark, nessus
- Experience with designing and deploying Antivirus, DLP and SIEM solutions
- Experience with patch management, device hardening, configuration auditing and other end point security best practices.
- Understanding of firewall technologies, IDS/IDP, proxies
- Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure
- Experienced in the use of virtualization technologies
- Exposure to network security and design best practices.
- Willingness to proactively provide input for improvements
- Ability to communicate security guidance to a non-technical audience.
Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GIAC Certs (GPEN, GWAPT, GSEC), Security+ |
