| Skills Needed | – Business Analyst with Fixed Income experience (8-10 years of experience) – SME knowledge of the LoanIQ application/data model and/or Syndicate Lending business. – Strong industry proven experience as Business Analyst. – Understanding/exposure to General Ledger account posting processes is a plus – Strong critical thinking or problem solving skills. – Strong prior experience in analyzing/defining requirements, designing and executing projects and change processes. – Strong data query, analysis and modeling skills, ability to analyze complex data structures. – Will also need to perform the QA functional testing role as and when required – Experience writing Business Requirements, Functional Specifications – Good verbal and written communication skills. – Understanding of the development life cycle (SDLC or equivalent) – Good Time Management skills and ability to multi-task concurrent deliverables. |
