Development Manager (.Net Development) Location: King of Prussia, PA Duration: 6+ months Rate: $55/hr Client: NTT Data Note: Need local candidates who can come for F2F interview My customer, a financial company located near King of Prussia, PA has a 6 month contract or contract to hire position available for a Development Manager overseeing .NET Development teams. Responsibilities: · Manage all team activities including both onsite and offshore development efforts · Lead development team activites across application and database requirements · Coordinate with business team and technology managers · Responsible for project estimations, timelines, project tracking, and successful delivery against all requirements · Assist and oversee 3rd level support activities through to resolution · Mentor team members on both business and technical aspects where applicable · Manage vendor relationships related to 3rd party products and team staffing needs · Provide thought leadership on innovation or improvements · Manage costs effectively while meeting business objectives Requirements: · Experience leading both onshore and offshore teams · Previous .NET Development Experience · Experience leading teams in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies · Experience leading teams creating dynamic web based applications in a highly regulated industry. · Financial experience is highly desired.
