Role : PeopleSoft Lead Financials Functional Consultant Work location : Houston, TX
Exp: 9-12 Yrs


A Minimum 9-12 years of experience with listed responsibilities and skillsets is required for this role.
Play the role of Lead Functional Consultant for a PeopleSoft FSCM upgrade project
Understand customer's requirements and propose optimal solution, providing leadership in providing alternate solution options.
Responsible for evaluating existing customizations and decide to retire or retrofit the customizations.
Aware of the new functionalities introduced in PeopleSoft 9.2
Supporting the creation of test strategies and plans for the design.To coordinate with client stakeholders and get approval for the deliverables.
Co-ordinate and monitor activities of functional as well as testing & training track
Participate in client discussions to understand the problem faced by the customer and articulates the same to internal stakeholders, define and document the problem and get customer agreement, Brings in best practices in the Industry / product perspective, provide different options in order to assist in identify and define the problem.
Cutover Planning (along with development and support team managers).To be able to independently drive his/her work.
Willingness to re-locate within the client locations and attend meetings on need basis in different Infosys client locations.

1) Should have good understanding of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 suite and should have knowledge of the new features introduced in version 9.2. 
2) Should have had at least 3 - 4 upgrade experience and should have good knowledge of the PeopleSoft upgrade methodology. 
3) Should have good communication, writing skills
4) Candidates should have good experience in at least 3 of the following modules :

Accounts Payables 
Asset Management 
General Ledger 
Purchasing 
Inventory
Expenses
