DESCIPTION:
The Contractor shall provide ongoing O&M support for the existing
infrastructure.
The Contractor shall also provide technical support for the Oracle Suite of databases and application
software, or comparable database and application software to ensure all databases and
applications remain operational, are compliant with the Agency’s current and future
operating systems (hardware and software), and meet enterprise IT architecture
requirements.
The contractor shall administer and maintain production Oracle
Database systems and provide Database and Application Server modifications to include
new capabilities, support for hardware upgrades and support for new releases of system
software and application software. This scope of work includes operations and
maintenance of servers and production applications; including patches, installs, and
upgrades. The Contractor shall follow Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) best
practices as part of the overall Call Order.
