FACE TOFACE REQUIRED
If candidate is on H1B , they should have H1 valid for another 18 months and beyond.
Importance:
• 10+ years IT experience
• 7+ years leading and facilitating agile/iterative scrum teams in complex enterprise development environments
• 5+ years Scrum master experience functioning in world-class Java-based development initiatives
• 2+ years Scrum master experience in a TDD environment
• Strong understanding of Agile best practices and techniques with ability to mentor and coach
• Successful track record functioning in large-scale, multi-vendor development environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Scrum master Certification highly preferred
• Banking/financial domain experience is a big PLUS.
