Description/Comment: Products "- Responsible for the design and implementation of effective cross-functional Siebel systems and processes. - Analyze and profile requirements; recommend and design solutions for business needs. Additional Role Description: • 4+ years' experience with Siebel CRM . • Experienced in full life cycle project management • Design, develop and implement using Siebel Configuration, eAI, EIM • Ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures and use of Toad. Additional Job Details: Level 2 resource should work well. I/m not able to enter Level 2 above. One who understands the change request, routes the ticket and communicates to the client on the status of the ticket or obtain clarification on the ticket from the client. | ||
