Looking for Sr. Bench Sales Executive/Manager for Bangalore location.
Responsibilities:
· Quickly and profitably clear IonIdea’s technical / Software Development / Project Management / Business Analysis resources with noteworthy primary vendors and direct clients.
· Manage end-to-end process of preparing resumes, marketing individual resources for appropriate job opportunities, right-pricing resources to ensure strong profitability, assisting and enabling candidate through the interview process, negotiating & closing the candidate on the opportunity ASAP, and providing post-closing support and relationship management for both the candidate and the customer.
· Must have excellent networking and communication skills to able to sell individual resources strength as a whole: continuously expands leads database and map candidate skills to customer contacts in such database.
· Should have strong understanding of US Geography, US Tax term, US Visa types (and their corresponding application process, validity, limitations, etc.,) market rates for various technical skill sets, viability of selling certain skills sets in certain domains etc.,
· Building new direct client contacts and nurturing those relationships by consistently providing high quality resources and solutions.
· Must have excellent negotiation skills, both to ensure that the cost of resources added are manageable and that IonIdea gets the best possible rate from its customers (existing and new) for its resources.
· Some background in technical recruiting is an added PLUS.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Min educational requirement – Graduate / Post Graduate
· Years of Experience – 3 – 5 years of experience with US Staffing services industry
Essential skills:
· US Staffing experience
· Attracting & hiring new candidates and assisting in the paperwork
· Building end-customer for placements
· Pricing of resources
