Enterprise Architect (Healthcare, MMIS) Location: Sacramento, CA Duration: 1 Yr + EXP: 10+ Years Job Description: Primary Skills: · MMIS/Healthcare experience is a must · SOA is a must · IBM WebSphere, Java J2EE is a must · Oracle is a must · Knowledge of Legacy (mainframe, DB2 etc) is desirable Enterprise Architect with TOGAF certified • 11+ years of experience in Application development • 8+ years of strong progressive IT experience in the application development space • 3+ years of Architect experience • To be a key technical consultant who will front end initial work of the development by interfacing with client and key stakeholders • Should have the working experience on large Enterprise Solutions • Experience in development of complex web-based, scalable, distributed systems and high-volume transaction applications • Experience in different software development methodologies such as agile, test driven development, model driven development etc. • Defining coding standards and guidelines • Doing POCs for the new implementations to guide the team • Work with the client BAs/SMEs in providing the solutions to the challenges Skill set required Hands-on Technical experience in: • Java – J2EE • WebSphere (v8.0+) • Portal Server, JSF • WAS - Application Server, Hibernate • Process Server – IBM BPEL and WID • EJBs, Web Services • Blaze Rules Engine (Added advantage) • HTML 5 • SOA • Oracle 11g • SQL and PL-SQL • Sonar, Maven, Build Scripts Detailed understanding of US healthcare domain in general, plus below domain experience is a must. • Medicaid – Expertise in at least two of the functional areas is a must o Claims Processing – Entry, Adjudication, Correction, Mass Adjustments etc., o Financials – Payment and Accounting o Member – Eligibility and Enrolment o TPL – Third Party Liability o SA – Service Authorization o Provider – Enrolment, Maintenance and Trading Partner o Benefits Plan o Contact Management o Global modules – Data Reference, Security • Excellent Communication Interpersonal skills • Complete understanding of the different integration points of Healthcare transactions • Experience in designing new systems by analysing requirements, studying legacy product and studying system capabilities
