Must Have Skills:

Minimum 1 year implementation experience with certifications in SuccessFactors Talent Management Modules (at least one of these: Performance & Goals, Succession, Recruiting, Career Development)

·         Full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation experience as the primary consultant

·         HCM process knowledge in order to facilitate best practice discussions

·         Proven client facing and communication skills

 

Desired Skills:

·         SAP HCM functional or technical knowledge

SuccessFactors implementation/Business process Transformation Consultant

 

Job Roles / Responsibilities:

Functional/SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant:

Ideal candidate will be able to independently plan for activities related to their own work stream for the full lifecycle of the project supported by the project manager.

In addition to planning, functional consultants are expected to perform following activities:

·         To-be process design using best practice guidelines

·         Map to-be processes to SuccessFactors design workbooks

·         Configure SuccessFactors to meet requirements

·         Produce Functional, Integration and UAT scenarios

·         Assist with cutover planning

Provide post go-live support.
