Job Description:
Work with an innovative company who is focused on developing innovative cancer treatments for patients around the world. This company need a team of Test Engineers to assist the team in preparing for their 510K submittal for the company's Proton Therapy System.
All consultants will be working with the company's engineering team to develop test scripts based on specifications, and subsequently execute these tests, and document results from these tests.
There are 6 components of software to this system. This individual will be responsible for verifying the requirements of the functional test scripts for these components (written by software developers). The majority of this person's time will be devoted to writing test scripts, testing these scripts, and documenting any results produced. This person will also spend a portion of their time supporting the team with validation efforts. 70% of the systems is made up of hardware and firmware components (this is what will be tested)
There are a total of 2,602 requirements that need to be tested.
The ideal candidate needs to meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must be proficient in writing/executing test scripts, and documenting test results
- Experience working with .Net (this is what they will be testing)
- Experience working with LabView
- Experience testing medical equipment
- Experience with IBM and CLM tools
- Must be able to read schematics
- Knowledge of IEC 62304, 60601, and 61010
The company's engineering team will be providing support to the team on consultants and the team will be part of weekly meeting to track progress on the project.
