Job Description:
As Big Data technical consultant/architect, the desired candidate will be working on delivery of Big Data projects for the clients of Infosys
Skills/Competencies needed:
· At least 9-10 years of experience in software development life cycle of Java, J2EE technologies including 3-4 years of experience with Big Data Technologies (MapReduce, Hive, PIG, Flume, Kafka, Hbase, Cassandra, MongoDB etc.,), and Teradata, HANA.

As Big Data technical consultant/architect, the desired candidate will be working on delivery of Big Data projects for the clients of Infosys
Skills/Competencies needed:
· At least 9-10 years of experience in software development life cycle of Java, J2EE technologies including 3-4 years of experience with Big Data Technologies (MapReduce, Hive, PIG, Flume, Kafka, Hbase, Cassandra, MongoDB etc.,), and Teradata, HANA.
· At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
· Experience in Hadoop Cluster Configuration and Tuning.
· Good to have experience in migration projects preferably migration from Teradata.
· Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
· Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
· Experience in delivering projects using Big Data technologies, Teradata and SAP HANA.
Role Description:
Ø Hands-on experience in MapReduce, Hive, PIG, Flume, Kafka and Data Modelling Skills.
Ø Hands-on experience in MapReduce, Hive, PIG, Flume, Kafka and Data Modelling Skills.
Ø Experience in working with Spark.
Ø Good programming experience in Java, J2EE technologies
Ø Experience in Hadoop Cluster Configuration and Tuning.
Ø Experience in Teradata and SAP HANA
