·         Query Studio

·         Cognos Connection Active Reports - new with Cognos 10 Business Insight and Insight Advanced (new with Cognos 10)

·         Oracle 11g

·         Toad

·         Quality Center

·         SQL

·         Relational database

·         Data Warehousing principles

·         SDLC methodologies
