· Qualifications
Basic
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with IT.
Preferred
• Experience in Oracle EBS Skills including but not limited to: Oracle Warehouse Management System (including MSCA), Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, and Costing.
• Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ validation and deployment wrt Oracle EBS WMS ver R12.
• Good Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience in supporting Oracle EBS R12 projects including incident management, problem management, patch analysis, root cause analysis, automations, handling high severity issues within SLA.
• Experience in coordinating with Business and other teams on issues, enhancements and projects
• Experience in working with offshore teams to provide seamless support to client.
Role : Java Architect Work Location : Eden Prairie, MN

§ Provide application architectural consulting expertise, direction, and assistance to Technical Analysts, Application Engineers, Senior Database analysts and other Systems Architects.
§ Collaborate with end users and senior management to define business requirements for complex systems development and gain buy-in for all infrastructure plans.
§ Provide guidance and mentoring to junior members of the technical team.
§ Provide hands on coding between 40 % - 60% depending on the size of the project.
§ Document and develop in-depth knowledge of assigned domain architecture, hardware and network infrastructure, and technology portfolio.
§ Develop, document, make recommendations, and communicate plans for investing in application infrastructure, including analysis of cost reduction opportunities.
§ Overall technical implementation and quality of assigned projects and technical domain.
Requirement-
• Experience At least 7-9 years as JDE-World soft administrator.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• In depth knowledge on AS400 and JDE World soft admin activities.
• Expertise in monitoring batch and interactive jobs on different subsystems.
• Should have good knowledge on Job scheduling, monitoring, assigning jobs to different queues.
• Should have knowledge on controlling JDE User account, group profiles.
• Hands on knowledge on attaching jobs, objects, POs to menus, hiding the certain options to the different departments or users.
• Hands on knowledge on QSECOFR activities
• Should monitor the ASP on all LPARs and by releasing, holding the jobs to maintain the priority.
• Should perform the health checkups on production LPARs and sending Lights on Activities to the stake holders.
• Good knowledge on all options in G90, G91, G93, G94 admin menus.
• Knowledge of CL commands and object management on AS400 environment is required.
• Should have good knowledge on navigating World soft menus to apply the setups suggested by the functional team.
• Should have knowledge on Implementer configuration tool to checking the objects between production and development boxes.
• Should have at least 1 upgrade admin experience in any world soft version.
• Communicate effectively with application development and support teams regarding issues.
• Hands on experience in SLA driven production support
• Should have strong leadership skills with capability to manage multi culture and virtual teams
• Ability to train and manage junior team for delivery and meeting SLA's.
• Willing to work in shifts during US time zone
