Job Description:
· The individual selected for this work will be expected to have experience and in-depth understanding of data and business requirements that are needed to build an "Client's" Case Management System.
· The individual selected will have access to resources of both 3rd party vendors and Client subject matter experts to assist in analysis needed to determine how data will be mapped/transformed into system.
· The candidate selected must have business acumen and strong knowledge of relational database design.
· Must be able to perform business requirements focusing on identifying "current state" data gap analysis.
· Develop transformation strategies and processes for moving the data to the new platform.
· Develop solutions for how we go about correcting gaps in document indexing and gaps in indexes to codified Client's lifecycle event data.
· Analyze, identify and develop key meta data needed to describe where individuals are in Client's Planning List Administration (PLA) process (I.E. application, eligibility, resource services needed determination, funding source (payer), various health /wellbeing assessment processes, placed into supportive case management services) and Supportive Case Management lifecycle.
· Also the individual needs to have experiencing using Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and other BI tool sets.
· This competency is needed to keep focus on future state capabilities needed in the transformed database.
· Client is moving quickly to be more data driven and performance based organization.
· The goal of our is to insure "easy access to quality care" with capability to measure quality of life improvements for the consumers that serves.
Experience and Education Requirements:
· BS/BA/equivalent in Computer Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines; Master's degree is a plus.
· 3+ years of high-availability database development and administration experience in a MySQL, JAVA, .Net, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server environment
· 3+ years of transactional and analytics database design experience including logical and physical modeling, normalization, de-normalization, data warehouses and BI.
