Minimum Requirements:
Required Skills/Experience: Strong Tier 4 problem and troubleshooting/diagnosis and resolution experience.
• Extensive knowledge/experience with various protocols/architectures (SNMP, SIP, Python, OpenStack) write implementation, interworking, troubleshooting, and support
• Requires knowledge/experience of IP networking (v4 and v6), SNMP, IP networking protocols, Open Stack, Python, Yang, NATing, ACLs, SSL/TLS, SIP,VLANs and Routing protocols in the troubleshooting and support realms.
• Unix Skills and Experience with gathering, analyzing, and troubleshooting complex network
• Knowledge of quality/bug tracking systems (i.e. Quality Center, TMATS) and testing processes
• Testing and field support after hours may be needed
