·         Java development resource. 

·         This Java resource will be serving in a leadership role, so we need some who is a solid JAVA developer, but can also manage the process. 

·         They should have some experience managing offshore teams, managing local resources and development efforts, writing designs and technical specifications. 

·         This really is a strategic position, so anything you can do to get us candidates quickly will be much appreciated. 

·         Sr. level JAVA Developer (8 yrs experience would be ideal but someone with 5-8 is probably more realistic). 

·         If they have some knowledge/experience with web services that would be a big plus.
