| Programmer: - Analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team - Maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work - Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions. Expert – 84+ Months Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field |

| 1. | 48 Months hands-on experience in supporting and/or developing for PHINMS (CDC) system on client and server side. |
| 2. | 48 Months hands-on experience in supporting Orion Health Rhapsody and developing data transformation routes. This experience must include database and file system end points as well as JavaScript creation for any translation of data that needs to be performed. |
| 3. | 60 months of experience in developing applications using JavaScript libraries/frameworks like JQuery, Bootstrap, AngularJS, and Socket.IO. This must include 12 months of experience in using JS template libraries like Handlebars or Mustache. |
| 4. | 84 Months hands-on experience in programming Java applications including at least60 months using Oracle WebLogic. This must include at least 6 months of experience in developing WebSocket applications using WebLogic 12c. |
| 5. | 84 Months hands-on experience coding web applications with web technologies in a JEE environment, including Servlets, JSP, Java/J2EE, HTTP, HTML, XML, XSLT, SQL, PL/SQL, JDBC/Hibernate, myBatis, and RMI on a WebLogic Application Server. This must include at least 48 months hands-on development of Web services, including SOAP based and/or RESTful based implementations. |
| 6. | 84 Months hands-on experience in developing Oracle database schemas, tables, procedures and permissions |
| 7. | 84 Months hands-on experience using SPRING or a similar java development framework. This must include at least twelve (12) months using Java Server Faces (JSF) and Hibernate, myBatis or other Object Relational Mapping framework. |
| 8. | 36 Months hands-on experience using IBM Data Power. This must include at least twelve (12) months of development and twelve (12) months of administration for Data Power. |
