3. Knowledge of Pro*C.
4. Experience and understanding of Oracle Retail Merchandising/Supply Chain – ORMS.
5. Capability in package technical architecture and design
6. Knowledge of Retek batch process
7. RIB knowledge will be addition
8. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to interface with client technical and functional team.
9. Ability to work in an offshore-onsite global delivery model context
Role Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant Location: Seattle, WA, USA
· Skill :Oracle EBS HRMS Techno Functional Consultant with good knowledge on HR, Payroll, OIC,OAB,OTL
• Years of experience : 5 to 7 Years :
o Senior Consultant : Having Oracle EBS R12 techno functional expertise in HCM modules:
§ Experience in Oracle Core HR
§ Ability to solicit and catalogue business (functional & non-functional) requirements from various HR business groups
§ Collaborate with engineers on design solutions.
§ Strategize with engineers on configurable solutions
§ Strong communications skills when working with business and technical partners
§ In-depth knowledge of SDLC
· Other Skills : hands on development knowledge of PL/SQL, forms, reports and workflows
