Position: QA Automation Lead

Job Description:
Must have skills: HP UFT / QTP (custom recovery scenarios, logging, standards and conventions, integration with OTA, ALM)
and BPT (standards for reusable components, sizing of automation BPT component, scripted vs keyword based component, AOM, etc)
and BPT (standards for reusable components, sizing of automation BPT component, scripted vs keyword based component, AOM, etc)
- 10+ years of experience in Test Automation using HP QTP / UFT
- Hands on experience in HP BPT framework
- Strong in using HP QTP for mobile, enterprise apps like Oracle BRM, Siebel, Web, DB, etc
- Should have experience in end to end test automation in an enterprise environment (multiple sub systems across various technologies)
- Should be comfortable to play the role of hands-on advocate to Architects & Directors in automation
- Should have leadership level comm skills.
- Must have Agile delivery / process experience
- Exp working with offshore team
- Hands on experience in HP BPT framework
