Job Title: Pega Systems- Senior Developer
Location: Honolulu, HI
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description:
· Immediate need for a Pega Developer/Analyst to assist with the upgrade of a Pegasystems PRPC platform from version 6 to 7.
· The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for a Pega, CRM, and CTI infrastructure and other related hardware/software/services.
Responsibilities include the following:
· Build the tech list for upgrade from PRPC version 6 to version 7
· Build 8 to 10 servers within the next 1 to 2 months
· Analyze production and non-production capacity and utilization of Pega/CRM/CTI application, client, browser, server, storage, network and related resources and recommends fixes, solutions and modifications as appropriate.
· Evaluate application, system and database specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for Pega/CRM/CTI integration and compatibility.
· Analyze all aspects of the existing infrastructure and recommends modifications.
· Assist in defining standards, guidelines, best practices and metrics for Pega/CRM/CTI.
Required Skills:
· This person will need to have in-depth experience with Pega Systems PRPC versions 6 and 7, Pega CRM/BPM concepts, and be able to fulfill the role as a Pega Application Administrator and Infrastructure Engineer.
· Provides maintenance and support for moderately complex to complex CRM and CTI constructs.
· Experience as a Pega Developer in writing, debugging, creating flowcharts, coding, and documenting programs and with Business Rule Engine, Business Process Management for Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC).
· Knowledgeable in Design, Development, Migration and Deployment of PRPC (Pega RULES Process Commander) and Java/J2EE based applications.
· Knowledgeable with Web architectures including application servers, security, and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
· Experience with J2EE containers such as JBOSS, Tomcat, & WebSphere Application
